Kashi Ram possesses extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Lifetime Wellness RX International Ltd since August 2021, while also holding a similar title at NCC Limited since January 2019, focusing on statutory compliance and employee grievances. Kashi Ram has been with IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited since May 2007, initially as HR Manager overseeing compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance, and later as Payroll & Statutory Compliance Manager. Previous experience includes a role as HR Manager at Nspira Management Services Pvt Ltd, with a focus on HR operations and compliance. Kashi Ram earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University, completing studies between 1998 and 2001.
