Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell has an extensive background in finance and leadership roles. Paul began their career in 1997 at ConocoPhillips, where they held various finance positions and gained experience in IPOs and mergers. Paul then worked at Stewart Milne as a Group Finance Manager and later took on the role of Divisional Managing Director, where they successfully cut costs and doubled profits. Mitchell also served as Finance Director at Sparrows Group and Gray & Adams before becoming Chief Financial Officer at Ramco Tubular Services. Paul later became Finance Director at Ancala Midstream Acquisitions, where they built a solid forecasting model before starting their own consultancy business. Mitchell then held interim CFO roles at ACE Winches and Acuity20 Limited. Most recently, they joined Balmoral as Group Finance Director. Overall, Mitchell has a strong track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering financial results.

Paul Mitchell attended Banff Academy from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business Studies from Aberdeen College from 1989 to 1991. Later, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University from 1991 to 1994. Lastly, they obtained a degree in Accountancy from ICAS, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
