Sean Blanche serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Balpara Pty Ltd since November 2012, overseeing the strategic direction, leadership, and growth of the company's engineering, drafting, and surveying disciplines across Australia. Additionally, Sean has held various leadership roles at Bayside Group since 2006, including Executive Director, where responsibilities included corporate governance and the strategic direction of recruitment teams. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Wood Group Mustang, focusing on pipeline engineering analysis and design, and serving as an Engineering Communication Tutor at the University of Melbourne. Sean holds a PhD in Social Sciences from Alphacrucis University College, among other qualifications in business administration and corporate governance.
