Jill loves bringing a great brand story to life. She oversees the talented creative team at Balsam Brands in their mission to inspire and deliver joy to the customer. Jill began her storytelling journey after earning a journalism degree from Boston University. Prior to joining Balsam, Jill worked as a writer/editor for an interior design magazine, rose through progressive roles at Pottery Barn Kids as a long-time leader of the creative and photography teams, reshaped the brand creative strategy at Zenni Optical, and contributed to defining the photographic identity for emerging brand Quince.
