Rianna loves to find elegant solutions to tricky problems, and she’s passionate about planning. She leads Program Management at Balsam Brands and is always looking for new and better ways to get work done. Ever the tinkerer, she believes that every process can be improved to make it easier, more efficient, and more joyful. Before joining the Balsam team, Rianna worked in multiple digital leadership roles at Macy’s, always seeking a new challenge. A lifelong Californian, Rianna graduated from UC Davis.

If she could choose a superpower, she would choose the ability to stop time as there is never enough time in the day to do everything she wants to!
