Joy Mccrea

Joy McCrea serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Balsamiq, LLC, since 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, managing payroll and employee records, and coordinating sponsorships for conferences. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager at Sacramento Legal Video Center from 2006 to 2011, where duties involved administrating legal video bookings and processing invoices. Joy co-owned Green Sacramento from 2003 to 2006, developing the business and managing daily operations. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco, previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from California State University-Sacramento.
