Zel Fowler

Zel Fowler is an experienced educator specializing in gifted and talented programming, currently serving as the Gifted Lead Teacher at Balsz School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Zel Fowler held positions as a Gifted Teacher at Phoenix Elementary School District #1, Chandler Unified School District, and Roosevelt School District #66, collectively spanning over a decade.
