Mathilde de Rivaz is an experienced professional currently serving as a Consultante at Balthazar since January 2023. Previously, Mathilde worked at L'Œuvre d'Orient as an Educatrice, engaging in humanitarian work in Lebanon for one year, including teaching French in primary schools and providing social assistance to families. Mathilde's experience also includes a role as a Consultante junior in the Public Sector at Grant Thornton France, where responsibilities encompassed organizational consulting, financial auditing of international cooperation projects, and client communication. Additionally, Mathilde held positions at Tudigo as an Assistante in Operations Management and at Fleur de Bitume Conseil as a junior consultant. Mathilde's academic background includes a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a preparatory class in Economic and Commercial studies at Sainte-Marie Lyon.
