Aurelie Viars is an experienced consultant with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly in the role of Scrum Master and Agile coach. Currently, Aurelie serves as a Consultant at Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, since October 2022. Prior to this, Aurelie worked at SQLI as a Coach Agile/Scrum Master from September 2017 to October 2022, leading various coaching initiatives for product owners, Scrum Masters, Scrum teams, and organizational transformations. Aurelie's career also includes significant experience at Capgemini, where roles ranged from Chef de projet/Scrum Master to Responsible Functional, focusing on client relationships, project financial management, and team leadership for clients such as EDF. Earlier roles encompassed functional consulting and development with a focus on Java/J2EE technologies. Aurelie holds an engineering degree in Computer Networks and Multimedia from ESIL and a DUT in Bioinformatics from IUT Aurillac.
