Alisa Grebinskytė-Pėstininkienė has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Policy Reform Assistant/Human Rights Assistant at the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Programme Officer at the Swedish International Liberal Center. In 2018, they worked as a Trainings Coordinator at Vilnius CODING School and later as a Project Coordinator at OrangeStyle until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Baltic Amadeus, including PMO Analyst and Assistant Manager to the CEO. Alisa Grebinskytė-Pėstininkienė pursued their education in various fields, with a focus on law and communications. In 2015, they attended the Lithuanian Journalism Centre, where they completed Professional Studies in Public Relations and Marketing Communication. Following this, Alisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University. Alisa furthered their legal education by pursuing a Master's degree in European Union Law from Lund University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in International Law (English) from Mykolas Romeris University.

Furthermore, Alisa Grebinskytė-Pėstininkienė holds a CompTIA Project+ Certification, which they obtained in May 2021 from CompTIA.
