Darius Simsonas

Darius Simsonas has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Darius began their career as a Junior Customer Insights Analyst at Lietuvos draudimas, AB in January 2016 and continued in this role until December 2016. In January 2017, they joined SLO Lithuania as a Data Analyst and worked there until July 2019. In July 2019, they joined Soltus as a BI Developer and worked there until January 2020. Their next position was at Baltic Amadeus, where they started as a Data Analyst in January 2020 and transitioned to the role of a Data Engineer in April 2023. Darius is currently employed at Baltic Amadeus as a Data Engineer.

Darius Simsonas completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, studying from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate from Databricks in February 2023, the Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 from Databricks in November 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate from Microsoft in April 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in March 2021, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in September 2022, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in July 2022.
