Giedrius Girininkas, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Giedrius is currently serving as the VP of Business Development at Baltic Amadeus since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Country Manager at Ecobase.earth from 2022, where they focused on providing land and forest owners with extra income through carbon credits. Before that, Giedrius worked as the COO at Fortivitum from 2020 to 2023, overseeing strategic partnerships, opening new sales and distribution channels, and managing day-to-day activities in communications, branding, and marketing. Giedrius also held a brief role as the Head of the region at VEIKA in 2020. Giedrius has experience as the Chief Business Development Officer at UADBB LEGATOR and BALTPOOL Energy Exchange in 2019 and 2018-2019, respectively. Giedrius served as a Shareholder and Partner at UAB Stiliaus Kodas from 2014 to 2018, where they directed the business operations, managed new opportunity development, and sales. Giedrius also worked as the Chief Procurement and Business Development Officer at WOODBANK TIMBER LTD from 2014 to 2017, and as the CEO at Lakava and VP of Corporate Development at VPA LOGISTICS - Frozen Products Logistics solutions from 2013 to 2015.

Giedrius Girininkas, EMBA, has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1995 to 2001, they attended Mazeikiu Merkelio Rackausko gimnazija for their secondary education. Following that, from 2001 to 2002, they attended Clintonville High School. In 2003 to 2004, Giedrius pursued their BBA Studies at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), focusing on Business Administration. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the BMI Executive Institute and earned an EMBA degree. In 2014 to 2015, Giedrius furthered their education in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Vilnius Gestalt Institute. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they attended Anthony Robbins Mastery University, where they focused on Personal & Business Development, Acceleration, and Optimization.
