Mindaugas Kvederas has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and management. In 2019, Kvederas joined Juvare as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead, where they were a member of the WebEOC core team. Mindaugas contributed to the development of features for the emergency management software and managed the team's schedule to meet product roadmap deadlines.
Currently, Kvederas is employed at Baltic Amadeus, starting in 2021 as the .NET Division Lead. Being an innovative and ambitious company, Baltic Amadeus actively participates in the international market. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of People Development Manager, focusing on developing and empowering the company's employees.
Throughout their career, Kvederas has gained extensive experience in web development, including technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Reports, PHP, MySQL, and ASP.NET. Mindaugas has a passion for continuous learning and sharing their knowledge through teaching and mentoring.
Mindaugas Kvederas completed their secondary education at Plungės "Ryto" vidurinė mokykla from the years 1988 to 2000. Following that, they enrolled at Kaunas University of Technology from the years 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree.
