Reda Neniškienė

Reda Neniškienė began their work experience in 2014 as an Internship (Business Analyst) at Ingenious IT. Reda then worked as an Oracle E-Business Suite Consultant - Business Analyst from April 2015 to December 2016 at the same company. In 2017, they joined UAB Insoft as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist for a short period from January to April. Later in 2017, Reda joined Baltic Amadeus as a Business Analyst and worked in this role until April 2019. Reda then transitioned to the role of Product Owner and worked in this position until October 2021. Currently, Reda is employed at Baltic Amadeus as a Lead Business Analyst starting from October 2021.

Reda Neniškienė earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Vilnius University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Management of Information Systems at the same institution from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Reda has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Reda became an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) in February 2016, obtained the Microsoft Dynamics Student Certificate from Microsoft in July 2014, and most recently, in December 2020, achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, in August 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through Scrum Alliance.
