Ben Hogg has extensive experience in recruitment and apprenticeships, currently serving as the Retention Insight and Improvement Lead at Baltic Apprenticeships since May 2018, where responsibilities include supporting business growth through IT, Digital Marketing, and Software Development training. Prior to this, Ben held various roles at Nempi Group Ltd., including Learning & Development Manager, focusing on candidate and employer matching, as well as marketing strategy development. Ben began a career in recruitment as a Business Development Apprentice within the same organization. Educational background includes attendance at Durham Sixth Form Centre and Durham Johnson Comprehensive School.
