Helen Coates-Adair

Helen Coates-Adair has over a decade of experience in digital marketing and assessment, currently serving as a Digital Marketing IQA and Senior Assessor at Baltic Apprenticeships since November 2009. Prior roles include office temp at Office Angels and front desk staff at The Walt Disney Company's Boardwalk Hotel. Helen has also worked as a Reception and Duty Manager at The Staincliffe Hotel and as a Cultural Representative for The Walt Disney Company. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from New College Durham, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
