Phil Sanderson has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Baltic Apprenticeships since September 2016, where previous roles included Recruitment Team Leader, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, Phil worked at Virgin Media in Customer Relations from October 2013 to September 2016 and began a career in recruitment at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment from September 2012 to September 2013. Phil's educational background includes studying at Teesside University from 2010 to 2012 and attending Hurworth Maths & Computing College from 2000 to 2005.
