Captain Zarir Irani, MBA, Hon.FIIMS, FNI, FICS, HCMM, boasts a distinguished career in the maritime industry spanning several roles since 2004. Currently serving as the Ambassador for the Baltic Exchange Expertwitness Association, Captain Zarir has also been the Group Managing Director at Constellation Marine Surveyors and Consultants since April 2007, leading initiatives for organic growth and brand promotion. In addition to chairing the board at Constellation Marine Services LLC, Captain Zarir holds the position of Regional Director (Middle East) for the International Institute of Marine Surveying, where responsibility includes promoting professionalism and integrity in the field. An experienced leader, Captain Zarir previously served as Past President of the International Institute of Marine Surveying from 2018 to 2020 and has extensive experience in marine operations and consultancy. Captain Zarir's educational background includes a Master Mariner degree from South Tyneside College and an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Centre of Management.
