Rashad Issa

Rashad Issa is the Chair and Non-Executive Board Member at CQI | The Chartered Quality Institute. He served as the Quality & Business Improvement Lead and Quality Assurance Manager at The Baltic Exchange. Rashad is currently the Global Insights Advisor - DEI at the Project Management Institute. He previously held volunteer positions as a Board Member at PMI UK Chapter. With a background in operational success, Rashad has extensive experience in roles such as Director Project Management and Manager - Service Quality in various companies including Workplace Options, Rapport Guest Services, and Harrods. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Project Management and a BA in Hospitality Management.
