Olga Belkina has extensive work experience in various roles and companies within the beverage industry. Olga started their career at Coca-Cola HBC in 2001 and worked in various job titles until 2003. Olga then joined Baltika Breweries, where they held different positions from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, they moved to Danone as the National Channel Key Account Director for a year. Belkina returned to Baltika Breweries in 2011 as the National Key Account Director until 2014. Olga then joined Carlsberg Group as the Modern Trade Sales Director from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Sales at Baltika Breweries since February 2017 and later assumed the role of Vice President Commercial Development from April 2020.
Olga Belkina studied at Saint Petersburg State University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Specialist degree in management.
