Viktor Shapin

Viktor Shapin has a strong background in the brewing industry, with over 20 years of experience. Viktor started their career at Vena Breweries in 1999 as an Operator Filtration. Viktor then moved to BBH/Carlsberg in 2002, where they worked as a Foreman and later became a Shift Manager. In 2008, Viktor joined Baltika Breweries as the Deputy Director Chief Brew Master. Viktor then took on the role of Operations Development Specialist before eventually becoming the Chief Brew Master. Throughout their career, Viktor has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the brewing industry.

Viktor Shapin began their education in 1992 and pursued mechanical engineering at Spb.State University of Fridge and Food Technology, completing their studies in 1998. Viktor went on to further enhance their skills and knowledge by attending the Scandinavian Brewing School from 2008 to 2010, specializing in brewing as a Brewmaster.
