Preston Blay

Preston Blay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Preston started their career at National Semiconductor as an Equipment Engineer from 1996 to 1999. Preston then joined Helix Technology as an Applications Engineering Support Lead from 1999 to 2002. After that, they moved to Baltimore Aircoil Company and held various roles. Preston started as an Assistant Manager in Application Engineering, Refrigeration from 2002 to 2005. Preston then became a Market Manager for Latin America from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for HVAC Markets and Latin America from 2007 to 2009. Preston then progressed to become the Director of Refrigeration for the Americas, responsible for marketing, sales, and business development in that segment, as well as overseeing all market segments for Latin America. Preston held this position from 2009 to 2020. Finally, they assumed the role of Global Director, Market Strategy and Development from 2015 to 2020, and subsequently became the Vice President of Global Marketing in January 2020.

Preston Blay obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1996. Preston then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business at St. Edward's University from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications including Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Green Building Engineer (GBE), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and Professional Engineer (P.E.), although the dates of when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
