Keith Spraker

Keith Spraker, PMP, serves as the Director of Information Technology for the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing network infrastructure and system upgrades while participating in senior leadership decisions. Previously, as Director of Operations at OmegaCor Technologies, Keith managed daily operations, performance metrics, and technology-related investments from June 2021 to May 2023. Keith also held the position of Deputy Director IT Operations at the Maryland State Highway Administration from April 2017 to June 2021, focusing on IT staff management, project coordination, and budget management. Earlier roles include Service Manager and Network Services Manager at OmegaCor Technologies and DP Solutions, respectively, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, project management, and technical leadership. Keith's career began in the US Army as a Pharmacy Technician, and Keith possesses a PMP certification alongside various educational credentials in project management and information technology, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
