Marly Cardona Moz serves as the Chief of Communications at the Baltimore City Department of Transportation since November 2021 and has been the Appointed Hispanic Commissioner for the City of Baltimore Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs since October 2017, focusing on inclusive policymaking for immigrant communities. Additionally, Marly is the founder and director of Biblioteca Luz, the first therapeutic lending library in El Salvador, and previously worked in various communications and outreach roles at Stokes Creative Group, Share Our Strength, and other organizations. Marly holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on NGO Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
