Nina Duzhikhin

Nina Duzhikhin is a skilled program manager with extensive experience in community service and public health leadership. Currently serving at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, Nina has previously held significant roles at Baltimore Corps as Deputy Director of Community and Service Learning and as Senior Program Manager at Public Allies, where responsibilities included developing training curricula and managing program implementation. Additionally, Nina has worked as a Service Coordinator at The Choice Program at UMBC, focusing on community-based mentoring for youth, and completed several internships, including social work positions and a volunteer teaching role in Chile. Nina holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from Towson University.
