Alice Walker

Alice Walker is a Human Capital Information Systems Specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools, where since March 2010, contributions have focused on facilitating workforce change and supporting data analysis connecting financial and human capital information within the HRMS. Prior to this role, Alice served as the Human Resource Director at Ruxton Health, implementing strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and directing recruitment across departments.
