Arielle Rodgers Manley is a seasoned educator and creative professional with a diverse background in teaching and program management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools since August 2021, Arielle facilitates classroom activities and collaborates closely with administration and staff. As Creative Director at Bee and Buttafly since January 2020, Arielle leads innovative projects. Additional roles include Student Ambassador for the Howard University & PNC National Center for Entrepreneurship, promoting Black entrepreneurship, and as EDAC LaunchPad Workflow and Press Operations Manager at Blackstone, responsible for managing events and task tracking. Arielle has also directed the BLK Girl Magic Enrichment Program to empower young Black women in entrepreneurship, participated as a Student Member in the Girls With Impact program, and previously worked as Program Director at Boys & Girls Club, overseeing youth development initiatives. With education credentials from Morgan State University and Baltimore School for the Arts, Arielle's experience reflects a strong commitment to community engagement and youth empowerment.
