Chynna Crawford

Chynna Crawford, M.Ed., is an experienced educator with a robust background in literacy and project management. Currently serving as a Literacy Coach and a 12th Grade/AP Literature Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools since August 2014, Crawford has effectively utilized curriculum resources and enhanced students' understanding of global geographical and historical contexts. Additionally, from June 2021 to August 2024, engagement as a Project Manager with Bmore Me involved collaboration with a network of educators and participation in a comprehensive summer training program focused on equity and inquiry-based learning. Previous roles include Human Resource Team Lead at Target, where expertise in HR functions was developed, and LINK Assistant Teacher at Village Learning Place, where instructional coordination was key. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Education in School Improvement Leadership and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Goucher College, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Morgan State University.
