Johnai Williams M.a.t.

Johnai Williams M.A.T. currently serves as an Elementary School Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools since August 2023, while concurrently working as a Residential Community Associate at Penn-Mar Human Services since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Johnai held various positions, including Assistant Special Education Teacher at St. Elizabeth School from December 2019 to July 2023, and House Supervisor Manager/Caregiver at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region from June 2019 to August 2021. Johnai's career began as an Educator at Epic Developmental Services (September 2017 - June 2019) and as a Human Service Case Manager for the Mentally Disabled at EOI (January 2017 - September 2017). Academic achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Stevenson University (2013-2017) and two Master's degrees in Special Education and Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University (2021-2023). Johnai also contributed as a Travelers EDGE I-Fund Scholar and ITLDP Intern, actively engaging in mentorship, internship access for inner-city youth, and diversity event planning.
