Kaetlyn Bernal

Deputy Director, Social innovation & Entrepreneurship at Baltimore Corps

Kaetlyn is Baltimore Corp's Kiva Baltimore Manager and a member of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship team. She plays a key role in operating Kiva's lending program that delivers program to local entrepreneurs through various partnerships. Kaetlyn focuses on serving and growing Kiva's impact within Baltimore Corps’ network and across Baltimore City.

Background: Kaetlyn is passionate about community development and building wealth in Baltimore. She brings experience and expertise in community organizing and program management to the Programs Teamt. Prior to joining Baltimore Corps, she worked for several Baltimore-based nonprofits including the Saint Francis Neighborhood Center, Strong City Baltimore, and the Center for Social Concern at Johns Hopkins. Kaetlyn is an alumnus of the Baltimore Corps’ Fellowship Program and received her Bachelor's degree in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
