Lauren Kourtsounis, MBA, CIR has extensive work experience in human resources. Lauren began their career as a Corporate Human Resources Intern at Erickson Living in 2004. Lauren then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Erickson Retirement Communities in 2005. In 2006, they joined Erickson Living again, this time as a Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter. In this role, they processed employment records, managed recruitment processes, and coordinated payroll changes, among other responsibilities. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Recruitment Manager at Erickson Living, where they developed various processes and initiatives related to recruitment and HR activities. Most recently, they have been working at Baltimore Country Club since 2013, initially as a Human Resources Manager and currently as the Director of Human Resources.
