Hope Fields

Hope Fields, aPHR, has extensive experience in education and human resources, specifically in the role of Human Resource Staffing Analyst for Baltimore County Public Schools since August 2014. In this capacity, Hope has provided critical support in temporary services, assisted with hiring processes, and worked as a Reading Specialist for grades 1-5, focusing on student interventions and teacher collaboration. Prior experience at Howard County Public Schools included serving as a Reading Specialist and teaching in early childhood settings. Hope holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development with a focus on Cultural and Linguistic Diversity from Towson University, as well as a Master's in Reading Teacher Education from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Towson University.
