Monica Hetrick

Monica Hetrick, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Performance Management for Baltimore County Public Schools, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of data dashboards, alignment of data with district priorities, and professional development in data literacy. Additionally, Monica is the President of Hetrick Consulting, Inc. since November 2017, overseeing external program evaluations and evaluation plans for grant applications. Previous roles include Faculty Associate at Notre Dame of Maryland University and Manager of Program Evaluation for Baltimore City Public Schools. Monica holds an Ed.D. in Teacher Development and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, along with multiple degrees in education and philosophy.
