Nichelle Reed

Nichelle Reed, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Officer for Baltimore County Public Schools since October 2021, having previously held the position of HR Analyst. Prior to this, Nichelle worked at GBMC HealthCare from September 2018 to October 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing HR practices and providing guidance across various HR functions. Nichelle also has extensive experience at ADP, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner III, where consulting for over 50 businesses was a key focus, as well as a Project Specialist III/Team Lead managing HRIS project plans. Earlier roles include National Recruiter at Aerotek and Retirement Coordinator at T. Rowe Price, complemented by an educational background with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Coppin State University.
