Wanda Etheridge

Wanda Etheridge has an extensive career in education and career counseling, currently serving as a Career Navigator for Baltimore County Public Schools since November 2001. In this role, Wanda provides leadership and support for the implementation of individualized career counseling initiatives, focusing on college and career readiness while collaborating with school staff and community stakeholders. Previously, Wanda worked as a College & Career Research Teacher and Work Based Learning Coordinator at T. Rowe Price from January 1989 to October 2001, after beginning a career as a Retirement Plan Representative. Wanda holds a Master’s Degree in Career & Technology Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
