Alena Martinez-Hart

Alena Martinez-Hart is a seasoned professional in energy efficiency and program management with extensive experience in various roles related to energy-saving solutions. Currently serving as the Principal Business Program Manager for Fleet Electrification at Baltimore Gas and Electric, Alena has previously held positions such as Senior Project Manager for EV Public Charging Infrastructure and Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager. Alena's background includes significant contributions at ICF as a Team Lead Manager and QA/QC and Account Manager Specialist, as well as work at Ecobeco as a B.P.I. Certified Energy Auditor and Multifamily Team Lead. In addition to earlier roles as an Intern/Researcher at Tempe Recycles and a Program Assistant at the Global Institute of Sustainability, Alena holds a B.A. in Sustainability from Arizona State University and multiple certifications from the Building Performance Institute.
