Eric Staat

Eric Staat currently serves as a Senior Engineer at Baltimore Gas and Electric, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Eric accumulated extensive experience at Vestas, where from January 2009 to September 2022, positions included Senior Operations Manager, Project Manager for Service Operations and Business Support, Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, and Resource Manager. Eric began a career at USG, where from 1992 to 2008, titles included Process Manager/Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and General Foreman/Project Engineer, overseeing significant manufacturing operations and personnel management. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an AAS in Renewable Energy Technology from Columbia Gorge Community College, along with additional education from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
