Jim Piergrossi

Jim Piergrossi has extensive experience in business analysis and information management, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst - Application Support at Baltimore Gas and Electric since October 2004. Piergrossi has held multiple roles within the company, including co-lead of the Customer Satisfaction Project and participation in the Enterprise Asset Management Integration Team. Prior to this, Piergrossi worked as a Cadd Coordinator at RK&K Engineers, focusing on engineering graphics for highway design, and served as a CADD Technician at Michael Baker Corporation. Jim Piergrossi earned a degree in CADD and Architecture from Pittsburgh Technical College from 1992 to 1994.
