Kristy Fleischmann Groncki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Baltimore Gas and Electric, where roles have included Senior Manager of Smart Grid and Innovation, Senior Manager of Strategic Planning, and Principal Business Analyst, among others, since November 2007.
