Tanvi Gaikwad

Tanvi Gaikwad is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at upcover since September 2025. Previously, Tanvi held several key roles at Ditto Insurance, including Founder’s Office Manager, where responsibilities involved scaling the Health Claims team and managing partnerships with health insurers, as well as serving as Growth & Partnerships Manager, focusing on insurer partnerships and affiliate growth. Prior experience includes a Technology Consulting Analyst position at Deloitte and various roles at Renegade Insurance, RKVS- Smart Kids Kindergarten, and StandingApart, where Tanvi contributed to product development and corporate relations. Tanvi co-founded a startup, held the position of Content Specialist at Netliz, and worked as a Corporate Relations Manager at Aakash Tigers MWS. Tanvi earned a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) in 2022.
