Marcus Walker has a diverse work experience, primarily focused in the energy industry. Marcus started their career at Constellation as a System Analyst from February 2007 to December 2010. Marcus then joined Baltimore Gas & Electric as a Business Analyst from December 2010 to July 2012, followed by a role as Product Manager from July 2012 to September 2014. Marcus continued their career at Baltimore Gas & Electric, taking on the role of Senior Business Analyst from September 2014 to August 2017, and later became the Manager of the Customer Contact Center from August 2017 to June 2019. Moving on, Marcus joined Exelon as the Business Lead for CIS Transformation from June 2019 to February 2021, where they successfully led a significant software implementation project. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Care at Baltimore Gas and Electric, a position they have held since February 2021.
