Anna Marshall, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Environmental Planner at the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, where responsibilities include managing the Baltimore Region Climate Pollution Reduction Grant and coordinating regional environmental planning initiatives. Previously, Anna held positions as an Urban Planner at Taylor Design Group, focusing on land use development applications, and as a Water Resources Intern at Michael Baker International, involved in updating Hazard Mitigation Plans. Anna's experience extends to urban planning roles at AECOM, an Americorps Watershed Ambassador with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, and various internships in environmental programs. Educated with a Master’s in City and Regional Planning focusing on Environmental Planning and Coastal Resiliency from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Urban Studies from Fordham University, Anna possesses a strong foundation in environmental policy and planning.
