Ahkeel Owens

Ahkeel Owens is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience at the Baltimore Police Department since December 2018. In addition to this role, Owens has contributed to the Center for Policy Research at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy since February 2015, serving as a program manager, undergraduate research assistant, and research support specialist.
