Colin Fonmedig, OCA, OCP, RAC Cert. Expert, GI Ad is a seasoned database engineering professional with extensive experience in Oracle technologies and systems integration. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer-Oracle DBA at the Baltimore Police Department since April 2016, Colin is responsible for the implementation and migration of Oracle Database Appliances. Previous roles include Senior Oracle Consultant at Intelligent Decisions, where expertise in Oracle RDBMS and database technologies was honed, and Senior Oracle Engineer at the Office of the Chief Technology Officer for the District of Columbia, leading a team to develop an enterprise system. Colin's background also includes significant contributions at General Dynamics Information Technology and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where Colin designed critical database solutions and supported comprehensive system development life cycles.
