Stephen Derkosh

Stephen Derkosh is a seasoned professional in grant management and law enforcement, currently serving as Grants Manager for the Baltimore Police Department since April 2019. With a robust background at the Baltimore City Police Department from May 1995 to July 2015, Stephen excelled in securing and managing 188 grant projects totaling over $120 million, demonstrating expertise in technology-based project management and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance crime prevention strategies. Additionally, Stephen held roles in the Drug Enforcement Unit, where responsibilities included investigating narcotics offenses and executing search warrants. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in 1994.
