Karla Gonzalez

Karla Gonzalez currently serves as a Guest Service Ambassador Supervisor for the Baltimore Ravens since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Partner Services Manager and Operations Coordinator at Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA, Athletic Specialist at CCBC Dundalk, and Child and Youth Worker for the United States Department of Defense. Karla also worked previously with the Baltimore Ravens as a Guest Service Ambassador and contributed to Towson University Athletics as a Towson Football Recruiting Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sport, Fitness and Recreation Leadership from DePaul University, obtained in August 2022, and a Bachelor's degree from Towson University, completed in 2018.
