P. David Bramble is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Managing Partner at MCB Real Estate since January 2005, Bramble has played a key role in the company's growth. Additionally, Bramble serves as Chairman of the Board for Lendistry and has held various board positions, including Board Member at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and Baltimore Tree Trust, as well as Partner at Rethink Community. Bramble's advisory contributions extend to Baltimore Business Lending. Previous legal experience includes serving as an Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from 2001 to 2005. Bramble holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University.

Since its founding in 2008, Baltimore Tree Trust has been on a mission to equitably increase and preserve the city’s tree canopy so that all Baltimoreans can share the benefits of a healthy living environment. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are proudly directed by leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Our approach underscores the deep connections between public health, economic development, and community engagement. By seeking out uncommon partnerships, spearheading neighborhood-scale greening efforts, and providing valuable job skills to a historically marginalized workforce, we are committed to a vision of a strong “green jobs'' sector and universal access to nature in Baltimore City.
