Brianna Torres

Brianna Torres has a strong background in healthcare program management and coordination, currently serving as a Program Manager at Balto Health since August 2022, overseeing a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) program supporting 28 Medicaid and MA plans across 20 states. Prior to this, Brianna held the position of Medicaid and Medicare Team Leader at the same organization, where leadership focused on care coordination for members. Brianna's experience also includes serving as a Pharmacy Supervisor at Coastal Family Health Center, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2022, managing pharmacy operations and ensuring quality language services for Medicaid and dual eligible members. Brianna holds a high school diploma from Pascagoula High School.
