Diane Mont

Diane Mont is a bilingual human resources executive with extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Baltusrol Golf Club since March 2011, Diane has successfully shaped the overall HR department. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Human Resources Manager at Skyline Steel from 2005 to 2008. Diane holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
