Michael Cusimano

Michael Cusimano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since May 2023, Michael has previously held significant roles including Vice President and Lead Midstream Analyst at Pickering Energy Partners from July 2021 to May 2023, and Lead Midstream Equity Research Analyst at Heikkinen Energy Advisors, LLC from April 2017 to July 2021, where Michael also worked as an Equity Research Associate. Earlier in career, Michael gained practical experience as an Engineering Intern at Tidewater Marine from June 2014 to April 2017. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans, completing the degree in 2017.
